Kamakoti and Tamil Nadu Health Secretary Darez Ahamed, IAS.<\/p>\n<p>The programme involves using a healthy meniscus from selected patients undergoing total knee replacement as a fresh graft for patients whose damaged meniscus cannot be repaired or reconstructed.<\/p>\n<p>The hospital said it had received a licence from the Tamil Nadu government to perform fresh meniscus transplantation of the knee ), valid until December 2030.<\/p>\n<p>The programme is led by N.
